At Dents, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our gloves and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely package your products in their original presentation box and place them inside a shipping mailing bag to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
